Brands all promise “discreet shipping” — but buyer reports show the promise and the reality don’t always match. This page separates what companies say from what buyers received, with every claim labeled by evidence type and linked to its source.

The three leaks nobody checks (May’s notes)
After going through every policy page and buyer thread for this database, the pattern is clear: the box is almost never the problem. These three things are.
1. The card statement is the weakest link. “Plain brown box” is a solved problem industry-wide, but billing descriptors are where promises break — Lovense’s “random code” turned into “LOVENSE HYTTO” for at least one buyer, and Lovehoney’s “LH Trading” hasn’t held for everyone. If statement privacy matters, a prepaid card or PayPal is worth more than any packaging policy.
2. Carrier tracking apps leak the sender. The box can be anonymous while the courier’s own app displays the sender name in plain text to anyone who shares the delivery account. If your household shares a tracking app or smart-doorbell account, that’s the exposure — not the cardboard.
3. Marketplace fulfillment is a lottery. Amazon is discreet almost every time — until the one order that ships in shrink wrap with the label stuck on the product box. The gift-checkout trick (details in the Amazon entry above) is the cheap insurance.

What’s the safest way to order if privacy is critical? Combining the findings here: order via a marketplace or retailer with a verified innocuous descriptor, pay with PayPal or a prepaid card, mark it as a gift, and ship to a locker if available.
